Authorities are asking for supporter locating a man suspected of stealing vacuum cleaners and deodorant.
According to the metropolis attorney's office, 36-year-old Tommy Lee Hayhurst is believed to be part of a Dyson vacuum cleaner hijacking ring. He is wanted for failing to appear in court to answer two sort charges, totaling four counts of theft.
Hayhurst is accused of allegedly plagiarism two Dyson vacuum cleaner display models at a local Sears upon and then selling them to a nearby pawn shop.
He was reportedly known to shelter personnel and police due to three prior occasions when he allegedly attempted to pinch merchandise from the same location, but dropped the items after noticing that he was being watched.
In an inappropriate case, Hayhurst in also charged with theft after allegedly being caught poaching a stick of Old Spice deodorant and a can of AXE body spray from a local Kroger store.
Hayhurst's days beyond recall criminal charges include assault, domestic violence, breaking and entering, felony treat possession, theft, receiving stolen property, OVI and disorderly convey.
