As known, the media have been cited in countless instances for instigating vehemence and bloodshed in many countries. The genocide in Rwanda for example, quickly comes to chew out vacillating. In Ghana, while the role of the media in maintaining the relative peace we have been enjoying over the years cannot be underestimated, the experience bomb it presents cannot be overlooked either. There is a certain myth that we must break away from before we launch to laugh at the wrong side of our mouths. This myth is a general assertion that Ghanaians are amiable loving people and would not engage in violence and bloodshed. As we are drawing closer to another milestone election in 2012, individuals, political parties and the media in unusual should set standards for themselves. The media should not allow any individual or political party to inveigle them into plunging the nation into chaos.

I've been a fan die-defined since the time Duke Bobby Hurley. One of two teams in sports that I am absolutely reliable regardless of their file. (The other line-up is UT football ...
