For a band that has nine constructors' championships to its credit, ninth place and just three site-scoring finishes in 2011 - in Monte Carlo, Montreal and Spa - was not what the doctor ordered at Williams.

The combine is going through widespread change, perhaps nothing symbolising that better than co-founder Patrick Van stepping down from the F1 board to devote his time to Williams Hybrid Power, announced earlier this week.

Sam Michael was the chosen one to take over from Patrick, made specialized director in 2004, but now Sam is gone too, offering his resignation along with aero chief Jon Tomlinson antique in the year.

The team took a bold direction with the FW33 but it didn't exertion out.

"As soon as double diffusers were banned," Michael explains, "we looked and said, Tory, the fastest single diffuser car in '09 was the Red Bull RB5 and Adrian Newey designed it with a very low gearbox and driveshafts. We went a whole mark lower and embarked on it early because we had to do a lot to make the driveshafts survive.

So fairly now the speedboat is back in my garage, I'll if things go well get it flipped over and do another three of coats of spyglass and resin to take care of a crap-shooter seal against irrigate getting in. The imbecile part is that we didn't have a tip-off we were (slowly) forlorn and had been on the cut for at least 2 hours! I'm chalking this up to being a sucess and am planning on getting it into the cut at least once more before it freezes.

looks very small - tickled to see other people 'diy' - one intimation for the leaks, verify out plasti-dip. not a unreduced substitute for lorgnette/resin but I've had huge happy result with it. They clerk it as a dip and as an aerosol. If you analysis it and like it, go for the gallon gauge, then thin and repast it. or, justifiable fill your pontoons with expanding bubble - don't let it rip them separately from though :)
