what does a facial steamer with ozone really do?

Question: i principled bought a facial steamer and i think i like it, just that im not really accurate what its doing, i did notice that if i use it before washin my face my pores liable up and my face feels really clean and not oily and compliant like, is ozone bad, can i breathe it in?
