Question: i would like to get hydroquinone cream at a drugstore
can i get it i got 4% from my doctor soneone said that u can only buy 2% at a dope store is it true?

Answer: Not safe about the percentages but you can buy bleaching creams in the drugstore. I would say that the doctor would have to require the bleaching cream with the higher dosage of hydroquinone cream if that is what you want.
