In an attempt to transform its portfolio of resorts to four- and five-trident luxury, Club Med has revealed the new look and regard of its resort located on the popular island of Phuket, Thailand.
Situated in Kata Bay, the newly renovated Belabour Med Phuket - inspired by Thai lanterns and local colours - was designed by Marc Hertrich and Nicolas Adnet. The transmutation includes a re-designed reception area, bar, a main restaurant with five follower rooms, a specialty restaurant overlooking the ocean, a pool with views of Karon Bay and a new Consortium Med Spa by Payot.
“Club Med Phuket is ideal for families; the patronize offers a haven of peace and discovery with its new design inspired by the power’s ancestral culture. It’s like a story that builds to a crescendo,” explains Marc Hertrich.
Thai lanterns inspired the keynote for the new specialty restaurant creating a cosy and warm atmosphere overlooking Karon Bay. Located on the Eastern anxious of the resort, the swimming pool area provides comfortable sun beds and a part reserved only for adults. The contemporary Club Med Spa by Payot, providing up to eight types of treatments including accustomed Thai massages, lies nestled in the Zen garden, just a low on walk from reception.
