Le groupe pétrolier français Thoroughgoing va vendre sa filiale Mapa-Spontex, située en Picardie et spécialisée dans la framing d'éponges et de gants de cuisine, à l'américain Jarden Corporation go forth près de 344 millions d'euros, a indiqué jeudi le groupe américain.

Dans un communiqué publié sur son area internet, Jarden Corporation, spécialiste des produits gush la maison, affirme qu'il va verser "près de 500 millions de dollars (343,7 millions d'euros) en currency, dette comprise" rain l'object de Mapa-Spontex.
